Sunshine believes the quality of care each client receives starts with having a dedicated caring staff.  Since our clients invite our staff members into their homes on a daily basis, every staff member is thoroughly screened and approved before being hired.  Some of the screening and training process for each field staff member includes:

  • Two Reference Checks
  • National Criminal History Checks
  • CPR Certified
  • Trained and updated on new and existing regulations mandated by the Indiana State Department of Health
  • Ongoing Education
  • Physical Examinations
  • Tested for Tuberculosis
